基膜表观弊病检验的应用研究

摘　　要：本文就影像材料所用的支持体——基膜,通过常规线下目视弊病检测和在线自动弊病检测相结合的检验方式进行应用研究。常规线下目视弊病检测是通过对样品取样,发现表观弊病问题的方式,该方法可能导致抽样结果出现偏差,不具有代表性。而在线自动弊病检测是一种新的无损检验方式,能对基膜在使用中进行全面系统的弊病质量信息采集工作。其以基膜的表观弊病为出发点,以比对弊病仪检测出的信息为线索,通过弊病检测仪收集的大量数据信息为弊病库,并按弊病种类和弊病影响程度进行分类,从全流程的生产角度推演生产过程,是对基膜质量改进提供的一种新的鉴别方式。This article focuses on the application research of the base film,through a combination of conventional offline visual defect detection and online automatic defect detection.Conventional offline visual defect detection is a method of discovering apparent defects by sampling samples,which can lead to deviations in sampling results and is not representative.Online automatic defect detection is a new nondestructive inspection method that can comprehensively and systematically collect quality information on the defects of the base film during use.Starting from the apparent defects of the base film,using the information detected by the defect detector as a clue,collecting a large amount of data information through the defect detector as a defect database,and classifying it according to the type and impact of defects,it deduces the production process from the perspective of the entire production process.It provides a new identification method for improving the quality of the base film.
