磁化处理浮选药剂对气泡运动行为的影响研究

摘  要:为探究不同浮选药剂体系下磁化处理对气泡运动行为的影响,使用实验室自制磁化装置对油酸钠、松醇油、仲辛醇三种药剂溶液进行磁化处理,通过观察在自制水槽中产生的气泡,系统性分析其气泡速度、加速度、气泡变形系数、气泡兼并时间和气泡跳动时间等数据,结合浮选中气泡运动规律,总结出磁化对其的影响。试验结果为:油酸钠体系下气泡在磁感应强度为150 mT时最大速度增加了7.85 mm/s,加速度增加了97 mm/s^(2),气泡变形系数减小了0.19,气泡兼并时间及气泡跳动次数比未磁化条件下分别增加了0.25 s和74 ms;松醇油体系下气泡在磁感应强度为100 mT时气泡兼并、气泡跳动时间变化较为明显且最大速度增加了9.43 mm/s;仲辛醇体系下,磁感应强度150 mT时气泡兼并、气泡跳动时间变化较为明显,且气泡在300 mT时最大速度增加了3.03 mm/s。结果表明,150 mT磁感应强度的磁化处理对油酸钠溶液浮选行为具有有利影响;油酸钠、松醇油、仲辛醇体系下气泡变形系数及跳动时间差异最大的分别为150、100、150 mT,且不同溶液体系下磁感应强度对气泡速度的影响也不同;此外油酸钠的上升速度有两个峰值,而松醇油和仲辛醇只有一个峰值。磁化对三种溶液均有明显影响,研究成果对优化磁化处理在浮选中的应用具有一定的指导意义。In order to explore the effect of magnetization on bubble motion behavior under different flotation agent systems,the three reagent solutions of sodium oleate,pineol oil and secoctanol were magnetized by laboratory self-made magnetization device,and the influence of magnetization on them was summarized by observing the bubbles generated in the self-made sink.The test results showed that the maximum velocity of bubbles under the sodium oleate system increased by 7.85mm/s,the acceleration increased by 97mm/s^(2),the deformation coefficient of bubbles decreased by 0.19,the bubble merger time and bubble beating times increased by 0.25sand 74 ms respectively compared with the unmagnetized conditions,and the bubble merger and bubble beating time changes significantly and the maximum speed increased by 9.43mm/s when the magnetic induction intensity of the bubbles under the pine oil system was 100mT.Under the secoctanol system,the bubble merger and bubble beating time changed significantly when the magnetic induction intensity was 150mT,and the maximum velocity of the bubble increased by 3.03mm/s at 300 mT.The experiments show that the magnetization treatment with 150 mT magnetic induction intensity has a favorable effect on the flotation behavior of sodium oleate solution.The largest differences in bubble deformation coefficient and beating time under sodium oleate,pineol oil and sec-octanol were at 150,100and 150mT,respectively,and the influence of magnetic induction intensity on bubble velocity was also different under different solution systems.In addition,the rate of rise of sodium oleate has two peaks,while pineol oil and secoctanol have only one peak.Magnetization has obvious effects on all three solutions,and the research results have certain guiding significance for optimizing the application of magnetization treatment in flotation.
