摘  要:详细阐述了国外某复杂氧化铜矿硫化浮选现场生产调试过程中遇到的问题、解决这些问题的主要思路和过程。在现场调试初期,主要的问题包括铜浮选回收率和铜精矿品位双双低下、浮选泡沫矿化不好或矿化较好又容易出现严重的消泡现象,以及微细粒级针铁矿对铜精矿品位的影响等。在详细分析试验数据以及现场生产调试数据的基础上,形成了氧化铜矿现场生产调试的基本指导原则:1)硫氢化钠的总用量以文中式(1)为计算基准,并视现场情况适当增减,变动范围在文中式(2)所界定的C值内;2)保持捕收剂丁基黄药的总用量在较高水平;3)硫氢化钠总用量的适当增减或式(2)中常数C取值主要依据是粗选一三个槽的泡沫矿化情况,即硫氢化钠在粗选一的添加量应能使粗选一泡沫矿化比较明显并且泡沫颜色从不明显带泥变成带些黄褐色,也即硫氢化钠在粗选一的添加量应能使得部分微细粒针铁矿能被硫化活化而后接受捕收剂吸附、从而因疏水而非因微细粒的水相均匀分布带入精矿矿浆而进入泡沫层。利用这一特性,通过提高捕收剂丁基黄药用量以提高铜回收率的同时可以有效避免浮选槽消泡现象。以上以硫氢化钠用量模型和捕收剂用量模型为核心的指导原则是该氧化铜矿硫化浮选现场生产调试成功的关键。The problems encountered during the course of production commissioning of sulfidisation flotation in a complex copper oxide ore abroad and the main ideas and processes for solving these problems have been elaborated in detail.At the early stage of the production commissioning,the major problems included low copper recovery and concentrate grade,poor mineralised froth,or good but easily killed froth,and the impact of ultra-fine grained goethite on the concentrate grade etc.On the basis of detailed analysis of a large number of test data and production data,the basic guiding principles are formed for the production commissioning of the complex copper oxide ore:firstly,the NaHS addition rate is generally directed by the formula(1)as illustrated in the text,with the allowed range as per C value as defined by the formula(2)in the text;secondly,keep the total xanthate consumption at a relatively high level;thirdly,the C value as defined in formula(2)depends mainly on the mineralized froth observed in the first three rougher cells,in other words,the addition of NaHS in the 1st rougher bank should be sufficient to ensure the froth generally well mineralized and the froth colour changed from free of clay to yellowish brown.That is to say,the amount of NaHS added in the rougher should be sufficient to sulphidise some ultrafine-grained goethite so as to render collector adsorption on its surface.It is thus generally due to hydrophobicity rather than entrainment that the goethite particles enter the froth and thus stabilize the froth.With this effect,a high copper recovery can be achieved with an increased collector dosage without occurring of the defoaming phenomenon.The above-mentioned guiding principles with the NaHS dosage and the collector dosage models as the core are the key to the successful production commissioning of the sulphidisation flotation of the complex copper oxide ore.
