基于VOSviewer和CiteSpace对中医药治疗视神经炎的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的基于VOSviewer和CiteSpace对中医药治疗视神经炎(ON)进行可视化分析,梳理中医药在ON领域的研究现状,宏观把握该领域的研究趋势,为今后中医药在ON方面的相关研究及临床治疗提供参考。方法纳入1949年1月1日-2023年6月30日中国知网、维普网、万方医学网以及PubMed、WOS、Embase网站中中医药治疗ON的相关文献。运用Excel、Origin绘制该领域年发文量统计图及研究类型分布图,VOSviewer、CiteSpace构建文献作者、机构及关键词可视化图谱并对其进行分析。结果本研究共纳入文献280篇,发文量总体呈波动、缓慢递增趋势。已形成以李志英、韦企平、彭清华等为代表的多个核心作者团体;该领域研究机构数目较大且分布广而独立,区域内合作明显,以各地区医院的相互合作为主;关键词共现可见频次较高的关键词为:视神经炎(125次,12.34%)、中西医结合(93次,9.18%)、球后视神经炎(44次,4.34%)、急性视神经炎(36次,3.55%)等;关键词聚类共得到11个聚类;关键词突现显示突现词“激素”“辨证分型”的突现时间最早,“地塞米松”突现值最高,“针灸”突现时间最长。结论中医药领域ON相关研究整体呈渐进演化趋势,处于发展和探索的关键期,中药复方联合糖皮质激素及中医证候学的临床研究居多,但其方法学质量有待提高,中医诊治共识及指南尚未形成;基础研究探索起步较晚,中药、针刺在ON的作用机制将成为未来研究热点。OBJECTIVE To perform a visual analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)in the treatment of optic neuritis(ON)using VOSviewer and CiteSpace.The study aims to review the current research status,grasp the research trends in this field,and provide a reference for future TCM research and clinical treatment of ON.METHODS Relevant literature on TCM treatment for ON from January 1st,1949,to June 30th,2023,was included from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Medical Network,PubMed,WOS,and Embase databases.Statistical graphs of annual publication volumes and research type distribution were drawn using Excel and Origin.VOSviewer and CiteSpace were used to construct and analyze visual maps of authors,institutions,and keywords.RESULTS A total of 280 articles were included in this study.The overall number of publications showed a fluctuating yet gradually increasing trend.Several core author groups,represented by LI Zhiying,WEI Qiping,and PENG Qinghua,have been formed.The number of research institutions is large,widely distributed,and relatively independent,with notable regional collaborations primarily among hospitals.High-frequency keywords include optic neuritis(125 times,12.34%),integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine(93 times,9.18%),retrobulbar optic neuritis(44 times,4.34%)and acute optic neuritis(36 times,3.55%).Keyword co-occurrence analysis identified 11 clusters,and keyword burst detection revealed that"glucocorticoid"and"syndrome differentiation and treatment"appeared the earliest,"dexamethasone"had the highest burst value,and"acupuncture"had the longest burst duration.CONCLUSIONS The research of ON with TCM is gradually evolving and is currently in a critical period of development and exploration.Most clinical studies focus on the combination of TCM formulas and glucocorticoid,as well as TCM syndromes,but the methodological quality needs improvement.Consensus and guidelines for TCM diagnosis and treatment have not yet been formed.Basic research started relatively late,and the mechanisms of action of Chinese
