摘 要:燃煤机组采用调峰运行平衡可再生能源对电力系统的波动性影响。燃煤机组配煤掺烧需在保障机组安全、稳定、环保运行的前提下,响应机组负荷的调整变动,挖掘经济煤种的掺烧潜力。基于配煤计算的入炉煤质控制采用计算机算法程序替代手工计算,解决配煤计算过程中算法和算力不足的问题,实现对入炉煤质的精准控制。通过对生产数据的统计和分析,以图表的形式充分说明计算机算法程序对入炉煤质指标的计算和控制效果。Coal-fired units use peak-shaving operations to balance the impact of renewable energy on power system fluctuations.Therefore,coal blending burning of coal-fired unit needs to respond to the adjustment and change of unit load to tap the potential of economical coal blending burning under the premise of ensuring the safe,stable and environmentfriendly operation of the unit.The coal quality control based on coal blending calculation adopts a computer algorithm program instead of manual calculation,solves the problem of relying on elementary algorithms and insufficient computing power in the process of coal blending calculation and realizes accurate control of coal quality.Through the statistics and analysis of production data,the calculation and control effect of computer algorithm program on coal quality index are fully explained.
