队列训练对新招录民警形象气质的塑造提升研究

摘　　要：队列训练是遵循队列训练条令规则进行的各种制式动作操练,是人民警察系统训练的基础,是加强人民警察队伍规范化和法治化建设的一种形式,是人民警察精神面貌的一种体现。通过队列训练塑造新招录人民警察良好的形象气质,强化扎实的纪律作风,培养坚定的意志品质,树立强烈的集体观念,强力推进警务化管理。队列训练体现着增强人民警察快速反应提高战斗力、推进人民警察正规化建设有序开展、强化人民警察纪律作风养成、锻造人民警察能拼善赢过硬本领、规范人民警察执法、提升执法效能的深刻内涵和价值意蕴。Queue training is a variety of standard movement exercises carried out in accordance with the queue training rules and regulations,which is the basis of the people’s police system training,a form of strengthening the standardization and legalization of the people’s police team,and a presentation of the spirit of the people’s police.Through queue training,we aim to shape the good image and temperament of newly recruited police officers,strengthen solid work style and discipline,cultivate firm willpower,establish a strong collective concept,and vigorously promote police management.Queue training embodies the profound connotation and value implication of enhancing the rapid response and improving the combat effectiveness of the police,promoting the orderly development of the regularization construction of the police,strengthening the cultivation of the discipline style of the police,forging the ability of the police to fight and win,and standardizing the law enforcement of the police to improve the effectiveness of law enforcement.
