涉外警务人才警务英语能力培养模式研究

摘　　要：在全球化发展趋势下,国际间经济、文化交流日益频繁。涉外警务工作是公安工作的一个重要领域,对涉外警务人才的培养提出了更高的要求。为了提升涉外警务人才的涉外警务执法水平及语言运用能力,培养高素质、复合型涉外警务专业人才,本文从课程思政、教学目标、跨文化交际、教学内容、教学方法、选用教材、评价体系、教师素质等方面,探讨了适合于公安院校的涉外警务人才警务英语能力培养的实施途径。公安院校应不断完善和创新警务英语能力培养模式,为人民公安事业培养合格的涉外警务人才。With the developing trend of globalization,international economic and cultural exchanges are becoming increasingly frequent.Foreign-related policing has been an important aspect of public security work in China.It puts forward higher requirements for the cultivation of foreign-related policing talents.In order to improve the law enforcement level and language application ability of foreign-related police and to cultivate highly qualified and multi-skilled personnel for the foreign-related policing,this article discusses the implementation methods of police English training applicable to foreign-related policing major from eight perspectives as follows:ideological and political elements in lesson,teaching objective,cross-cultural communication,teaching contents,teaching methods,teaching materials,evaluation system and teacher quality.The police colleges should constantly improve and innovate the training mode of police English and aim at cultivating qualified foreign-related policing talents for the course of people’s public security.
