波纹管与阀杆真空电子束焊接工艺研究

摘　　要：真空电子束焊接是一种能量集中、熔深较大的精密焊接方法。阀用波纹管壁厚较薄时,与阀杆或法兰焊接具有较大的困难,通过优化焊接接头,设计合理的焊接工装,消除波纹管与阀杆或法兰的配合间隙,采用真空电子束焊接,可以很好地解决这一问题。Vacuum electron beam welding is a precision welding method with concentrated energy and large penetration.When The thickness of the material for bellows is thin,it is difficult to weld to the valve stem or flange,and this problem can be solved well by optimizing the welding joint,designing reasonable welding tooling,eliminating the matching gap between the bellows and the valve stem or flange,and using vacuum electron beam welding.
