摘  要:高温阀门一般要选择耐高温材料,不仅价格昂贵,而且使用寿命较短。一种高温三通硬密封球阀,不仅对三通流道和阀体中腔设计了冷却结构,而且对球体和阀杆也设计了冷却结构,降低了阀体及内件工作温度,既节约了材料成本,又延长密封面使用寿命,对维护设备和环境安全起保障作用。通过对冷却水和流道钢材的吸热计算,又通过对阀门内部温度场的有限元模拟分析,提高了阀门设计的先进可靠性,为用户提供高质量满意产品。High temperature valves generally choose high-temperature resistant materials,which are not only expensive but also have a short service life.A high-temperature three-way hard sealed ball valve is designed with a cooling structure not only for the three-way flow channel and valve body cav-ity,but also for the ball and valve stem,reducing the working temperature of the valve body and inter-nal components.This not only saves material costs,but also extends the service life of the sealing sur-face,ensuring equipment and environmental safety.By conducting heat absorption calculations on cool-ing water and channel steel,as well as finite element simulation analysis of the internal temperature field of the valve,the advanced reliability of valve design has been improved,providing users with high-quality and satisfactory products.
