摘　　要：紧急切断阀长期处于开启状态,部分行程测试能在正常生产运行工况下实现对阀门的在线测试。部分行程测试有多种设计方法,机械式部分行程测试是其中简单可靠的一种;气动执行机构通常以压缩空气为动力气源。本文论述了在天然气行业,无压缩空气的情况下,气动执行机构通过就地管线取压,以天然气为动力气源,使紧急切断球阀实现机械式部分行程测试的设计方法。Emergency shut-off valve keeps open state for a very long period,partial stroke test can be realized online under normal production and operation conditions of valve,partial stroke test has a varie-ty of design methods,mechanical partial stroke test is the one which is simple and reliable.Compressed air is usually utilized for motivation of pneumatic actuator,in natural gas industry while absence of compressed air,mechanical partial stroke test of ESD ball valve can be realized by taking pressure from pipeline and using natural gas as motivation source which is discussed in this paper.
