摘　　要：企业供应链管理的两大目标之一是提升物资质量,石油化工装置物资质量管理通过企业内部供应链、外部供应链的协同,相关各方共同参与,以达到物资质量整体受控的效果。本文介绍了石油化工装置的物资质量管理现状,探讨了利用供应链管理全面提升物资质量管理的做法,为提升物资的整体质量水平提供参考和借鉴。One of the two major objectives of enterprise supply chain management is to improve the quality of materials.The quality management of petrochemical equipment materials can achieve the o-verall control of material quality through the coordination of enterprise internal supply chain and exter-nal supply chain,and the participation of relevant parties.In this paper,the present situation of material quality management in petrochemical plant is introduced,and the methods of improving material quality management by supply chain management are discussed,so as to provide reference for improving the o-verall quality level of materials.
