摘 要:文章旨在研究藏鸡和艾维茵鸡的杂交效果,试验选取1日龄健康艾维茵和藏鸡的杂交后代和藏鸡纯繁雏鸡各100只,在相同饲养环境,提供相同营养标准饲喂,研究其生长发育性能、体尺指标、屠宰性能和肉品质,对艾维茵和藏鸡的杂交效果进行综合评定。结果表明:艾藏杂交鸡的生长速度(除70日龄外)稍快于藏鸡,30日龄和60日龄的体重显著高于藏鸡(P<0.05),其余日龄间差异不显著。60日龄艾藏杂交鸡的胸宽显著高于藏鸡(P<0.05),90日龄艾藏杂交鸡的胫长和体斜长显著高于藏鸡(P<0.05)。艾藏组的母鸡在腿肌率和肝脏重率上显著高于其他组,其余指标差异均不显著。藏鸡组肌肉色泽中的a*显著高于艾藏组(P<0.05),藏鸡公母鸡的滴水损失率远低于艾藏组公母鸡,且存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。藏鸡组的蒸煮损失也低于艾藏组公母鸡。藏鸡的肉品质优于艾藏杂交鸡。综合分析,藏鸡和艾维茵杂交后代在高海拔的环境下,其生长速度、屠宰性能和肉品质均没有突出优势,杂交效果不显著。In order to study the hybrid effect between Tibetan chickens and Avian,1-day-old healthy Ai-Tibetan hybrid chickens and the pure breeding of Tibetan chickens were selected in the experiment,100 feathers each.In the same feeding environment,the same nutritional standard was provided,and the growth and development,body size index,slaughter performance and meat quality were studied,and the crossbreeding effect of Avian and Tibetan chicken was comprehensively evaluated.The results showed that the growth rate of Ai-Tibetan hybrid chickens was slightly faster than that of Tibetan chickens on the whole(except 70 days of age),and the body weight at 30 and 60 days of age was significantly higher than that of Tibetan chickens(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the other days of age.The breast width of 60-day-old Ai-Tibetan hybrid chickens was significantly higher than that of Tibetan chickens(P<0.05),and the tibia length and oblique body length of 90-day-old Ai-Tibetan hybrid chickens were significantly higher than that of Tibetan chickens(P<0.05).The thigh muscle percentage and liver weight percentage of hens in Ai-Tibetan group were significantly higher than those in other groups,but the other indexes were not significantly different.Muscle color a~*of Tibetan chickens was signiticantly higher than that of Ai-Tibetan hybrid chickens(P<0.05),and the drip loss rate of Tibetan group was much lower than that in AiTibetan hybrid chickens,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).The cooking loss of the Tibetan chickens was also lower than that of AiTibetan hybrid chickens.The meat quality of Tibetan chickens was better than that of Ai-Tibetan hybrid chickens.Comprehensive analysis showed that the growth rate,slaughter performance and meat quality of the hybrid offspring of Tibetan chickens and Avian had no outstanding advantages in the environment of high altitude,and the hybridization effect was not obvious.
