摘  要:试验旨在探究不同水平中草药制剂对肉鸽生长性能、血清抗氧化指标、血清免疫指标及肠道酶活性的影响。试验选用28日龄健康状况良好且体重相近的肉鸽360只,随机分为4组(CK、A、B、C组),每组5个重复,每个重复18只。CK组饲喂基础日粮,A、B、C组添加0.01、0.025、0.05 g/kg的中草药制剂。试验期37 d,预试期7 d,正试期30 d。结果表明:(1)B组末重显著高于CK组(P<0.05)。(2)C组的总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著高于CK、A、B组(P<0.05),C组的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPx)活性极显著高于A、B、CK组(P<0.01),其他血清抗氧化指标各组间差异不显著,但B组的丙二醛(MDA)含量比CK组降低了2.6%。(3)B组的免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、白细胞介素2(IL-2)含量显著高于CK组(P<0.05);B组的补体C3含量极显著高于CK组(P<0.01),显著高于A组(P<0.05);B组的补体C4含量极显著高于CK、A组(P<0.01),B组的白细胞介素4(IL-4)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)含量显著高于A(P<0.05),极显著高于CK组(P<0.01),B组的γ干扰素(IFN-γ)含量极显著高于CK组(P<0.01)。(4)在肠道酶活性方面,CK组回肠的糜蛋白酶活性显著高于A组(P<0.05),B组极显著高于A组(P<0.01),对十二指肠消化酶活性无显著影响。综上所述,在本试验条件下饲粮中添加中草药制剂可有效改善肉鸽生长性能,显著提高血清抗氧化性能及免疫水平,并改变肠道消化酶活性;以0.025 g/kg添加量效果最佳。The study aims to explore the effects of different levels of herbal preparation on growth performance,serum antioxidant index and serum immune index intestinal enzyme activity in pigeons.In the experiment,360 pigeons in good health and of similar weight were selected,randomly divided into 4 groups(group CK,group A,group B,group C),with 5 replicates in each group and 18 pigeons in each replicate.The group CK group was fed with basal diet,and the group A,group B and group C were fed with 0.01,0.025 g/kg and 0.05 g/kg Chinese herbal preparations,respectively.The test period was 37 d,the pre-feeding period was 7 d,and the formal test period was 30 d.The results showed that:(1) The final weight in group B was significantly higher than that in the group CK(P<0.05).(2) In terms of serum antioxidant performance,T-AOC in group C was significantly higher than group CK,A and B(P<0.05),GSH-Px in group C was significantly or significantly higher than that in groups A,B and CK(P<0.01),and the difference between other indicators and groups was not significant,but the MDA in group B was reduced by 2.6% compared withgroup CK.(3) In terms of serum immune performance,IgA,IgM,IgG,IL-2 in B were significantly higher than group CK;complement C3 in group B was significantly higher than group CK(P<0.01),significantly higher than group A(P<0.05);complement C4 in group B was significantly higher than group CK and group A(P<0.01),IL-4 and IL-6 in group B were significantly or significantly higher than group A(P<0.05) and CK group(P<0.01),and IFN-γ in group B was significantly higher than group CK(P<0.01).(4) In terms of intestinal enzyme activity,the chymotrypsin activity in the ileum of group CK was significantly higher than that in group A(P<0.05),and that in group B was significantly higher than that in group A(P<0.01),with no significant effect on the duodenal digestive enzyme activity.In conclusion,under the conditions of this experiment,dietary herbal preparation effectively improved the growth performance of pigeons,significantly i
