摘　　要：试验旨在研究辣椒秸秆对伊普吕肉兔的生长性能、血清生化指标和免疫指标的影响。选取35日龄断奶伊普吕公肉兔60只,随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复5只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组分别添加5%和10%辣椒秸秆。预试期5 d,正试期28 d。结果显示:试验Ⅰ组肉兔的末重显著高于对照组和试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组肉兔血清总蛋白、白蛋白显著高于对照组(P<0.05),尿素氮显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组肉兔血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、干扰素γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)和溶菌酶水平显著高于其余两组(P<0.05)。综上,辣椒秸秆可以提高伊普吕肉兔的生长性能和免疫能力,以饲粮中添加5%辣椒秸秆效果最佳。The objective of the experiment was to investigate the impact of chilli straw on the growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,and immunological indexes of Hyplus meat rabbits.Sixty weaned Hyplus male rabbits of 35 days of age were selected and randomly divided into three groups,with four replicates of five rabbits in each group.The control group was fed a basal diet,and 5% and 10% chilli straw were added to test group Ⅰ and test group Ⅱ,respectively.The pre-test period was 5 d,and the formal test period was 28 d.The results showed that the final weight of meat rabbits in test group Ⅰ was significantly higher than that of the control group and test group Ⅱ(P<0.05);the serum total protein and albumin of meat rabbits in test group Ⅰ were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the urea nitrogen was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the serum immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM),interferon-gamma(IFN-γ),interleukin 6(IL-6),and lysozyme levels in meat rabbits in test group Ⅰ were significantly higher than the remaining two groups(P<0.05).In conclusion,chilli straw could improve the growth performance and immunity of Hyplus meat rabbits,and the best effect was achieved by adding 5% chilli straw to the diet.
