摘 要:厌氧消化技术是一种高效节能的有机废物资源化利用方式,已经被广泛应用到鸡粪污染的资源化利用当中。由于鸡粪中大量的氮素以有机氮形式存在,在反应过程中不断分解造成氨抑制的问题,严重影响甲烷产率和厌氧消化效果。为此本文探讨了诸多脱氮方法,对目前传统的脱氮方式进行了调查,并总结出其原理及优缺点应用。在此基础上介绍了氨化细菌脱氮的机理,并结合氨化细菌污水、土壤及湿地脱氮等进行阐述。最后对利用氨化细菌脱氮具有的良好应用前景进行了总结、提出了展望。Anaerobic digestion technology is an efficient and energy-saving resource utilization method of organic waste,which has been widely used in the resource utilization of chicken manure pollution.Because a large amount of nitrogen in chicken manure exists in the form of or-ganic nitrogen,ammonia inhibition is caused by continuous decomposition during the reaction process,which seriously affects methane yield and an-aerobic digestion effect.For this reason,this paper discussed many denitrification methods,traditional denitrification methods are investigated,and their principles,advantages and disadvantages are summarized.On this basis,the mechanism of nitrogen removal by ammonifying bacteria is intro-duced,and the nitrogen removal by ammonifying bacteria sewage,soil and wetland is expounded.Finally,the application prospect of nitrogen re-moval by ammonifying bacteria is summarized and prospected.
