摘　　要：制革含铬污泥属于含重金属类危险废物,处置过程中应重点关注和解决重金属铬的二次污染问题。本文分析了制革污泥的固化和稳定化填埋处置、焚烧处置、建筑材料利用、铬回收提取、制沼气、堆肥、制陶瓷颜料等处置方式的优缺点和应用可行性。制革污泥的处置应根据本地的特点因地制宜选择合适的处置方式,推荐选择将重金属铬提取后分别对污泥和铬液进行资源化利用。Tannery chromium-containing sludge belongs to hazardous waste containing heavy metals,and the secondary pollution of heavy metal chromium should be paid attention to and solved in the disposal process.In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of curing and stabilizing the tanning sludge,landfill disposal,incineration disposal,building material utilization,chromium recovery and extraction,biogas production,composting,ceramic pigment production and other disposal methods were analyzed.The disposal of tannery sludge should be selected according to the local characteristics and local conditions.It is recommended to select the extraction of heavy metal chromium and recycle the sludge and chromium liquid respectively.
