摘　　要：餐饮油烟污染是当前一个不可忽视的问题,它困扰人们的日常生活,危害人体健康并污染大气环境。本文探讨了餐饮油烟的产生和组分,分析了其对人体健康、环境和餐饮经济的危害,总结了传统与新型油烟净化处理技术及新的研究方向,以期为餐饮油烟污染问题的解决提供一定的参考和思路。Catering oil fume pollution is a current issue that cannot be ignored.It troubles people's everyday lives,endangers human health,and pollutes the atmospheric environment.This article explores the generation and composition of catering fumes,analyzes the hazards to human health,environment,and catering economy,summarizes traditional and new fume purification treatment technologies and new research directions,in order to provide certain reference and ideas for solving the problem of catering fume pollution.
