摘 要:输煤环境中漂浮着大量微细粉尘,湿式电除尘器是去除10μm以下颗粒物的重要手段。本文建立了描述电除尘器放电(电势、电荷密度、电场强度等)、流场、粉尘运动的数学模型,数值模拟结果与Penney等人实验结果一致性较好。针对长×宽=650 mm×150 mm、3根阴极线直径为5 mm的放电系统进行了流场、放电及粉尘运动的数值模拟分析,通过所建立的数学模型,获得了较好分布的电势、电荷密度和电场强度,能够有效指导电除尘器的设计优化以提高除尘效率。A large amount of fine dust floats in the coal handling system,wet electric dust collector can remove the dust with diameter less than 10μm.Mathematical models are established to simulate the fields of discharge(potential,charge density,electric field strength,etc.),flow field and dust motion.The numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results of Penney et al.The flow field,discharge and dust distribution were simulated in a discharge system with 650 mm in length and 150 mm in width and 3 cathode wires with diameter 5 mm.the reasonable fields of potential,charge density and electric intensity were obtained,the mathematical models and numerical simulation results can optimize electrostatic precipitator and improve the dust removal efficiency effectively.
