摘　　要：长庆油田经过五十多年的发展历程,总结出特有的适合低渗透—致密油勘探开发一体化的管理模式。虽然不同时期的表现形式不同,但相互协作的内涵不变,主要体现在“工作部署、技术攻关、生产组织”等方面。长庆油田在勘探开发一体化技术的引领下,油气勘探取得重要成效,油气产量突破6000万吨,走出了一条具有长庆特色的勘探开发一体化道路,建成了我国当前最大的能源生产基地,为国家能源安全作出了突出贡献。本文在梳理长庆油田勘探开发一体化的发展历程基础上,总结长庆油田一体化工作做法与成效,指出长庆油田当前勘探开发一体化面临问题并提出未来有利发展方向。期望对长庆油田深入推进勘探开发一体化向纵深发展,加快资源—储量—产量转化,为长庆油田公司高质量发展提供依据,也为其他油田发展勘探开发一体化提供借鉴。After nearly 50 years of development,Changqing Oilfield has concluded a unique management model suitable for the integration of low permeability-tight oil exploration and development.Although the manifestation is different in different periods,the connotation of mutual col-laboration remains the same,which is mainly reflected in aspects such as"work deployment,technology research and production organization".Led by the integrated exploration and development technology,Changqing oilfield has achieved important results in oil and gas exploration,and its oil and gas production has exceeded 60 million tons,which has created a road of integrated exploration and development with Changqing characteris-tics and built the largest energy production base in China,making outstanding contributions to national energy security.Based on the development history of the integration of exploration and development in Changqing oilfield,this paper summarizes the practices and achievements of the integra-tion,points out the problems faced by the integration of exploration and development in Changqing oilfield and proposes a favorable development di-rection for the future.It is expected to provide a basis for Changqing Oilfield to promote the integration of exploration and development to a deep-er extent,accelerate the transformation of resources-reserves-production,and provide a basis for the high-quality development of Changqing Oilfield Company,as well as a reference for the development of exploration and integration in other oilfields.
