摘　　要：金属管道在复杂的使用环境中受到各种腐蚀问题的影响,严重影响管道的使用安全和寿命。为了应对这一问题,三层结构的聚乙烯(3PE)防腐涂层因具有良好的抗腐蚀性、抗水气渗透性和优异的力学性能,被广泛应用于石化管道等行业。3PE防腐层的中间胶黏剂起到粘接底层防腐涂料和聚乙烯外层的作用,其性能直接影响3PE的防腐效果和施工效率。因此,如何提升热熔胶与底漆和聚乙烯层的匹配性、结合力及成型性能成为了3PE防腐领域的重要课题。本文综述了热熔胶在金属管道防腐结构中的应用,介绍了几种用于提升热熔胶性能的策略,包括接枝改性、共混改性、无机填料填充改性及交联改性,并对各种策略在金属管道防腐应用中所能达到的作用效果进行了评述和展望。Metal pipelines are susceptible to different types of corrosion in complicated application environments,which may lead to negative impacts on the applicability and life of the pipelines.In response to this issue,the three-layer polyethylene(3PE)anti-corrosion coating,holding good corrosion resistance,water vapor permeability,and mechanical properties,has been widely used in petrochemical pipelines.The intermediate adhesive of 3PE anti-corrosion layer plays a role in bonding the bottom anti-corrosion coating and the outer polyethylene layer,and its performance directly affects the anti-corrosion effect and construction efficiency of 3PE.Thus,how to improve the matching,binding force and molding performance of hot-melt adhesive with primer and polyethylene layer is an important topic in 3PE anti-corrosion field.This review introduces the application of hot-melt adhesive in anti-corrosion structure of metal pipeline,summarizes several strategies for improving the performance of hot-melt adhesive,namely graft modification,blending modification with resin,introduction of inorganic filler blending modification and optimization of additives,and reviews and prospects the effects of various strategies in anti-corrosion application of metal pipeline.
