摘  要:针对矿井综采工作面过空巷时存在安全生产隐患大,易出现冒顶及采空区瓦斯泄漏等问题,为保障综采工作面安全快速的过空巷,以10-208工作面过空巷工程概况为例,结合空巷特性与过空巷思路,提出了应用顶板锚索与水泥墩柱来强化支护原顺槽空巷,采用充填体材料来充填横川回采侧与采空侧的过空巷措施,应用结果表明:通过综合应用这些过空巷措施后,综采工作面回采作业中,水泥墩柱支护稳定,巷道顶板下沉量控制在了150 mm以内,充填体提高了空巷的稳定性,采煤工作面没有出现严重冒顶及片帮事故,瓦斯也未超限,10-208工作面实现了安全快速的过空巷,该研究可为类似工况下综采工作面安全快速的过空巷提供参考。For the mine comprehensive mining face over the empty lane when there is a big safety hazard,easy to appear roof and gas leak-age in the mining area,in order to protect the comprehensive mining face safe and fast over the empty lane,to 10-208 face over the empty lane proj-ect overview as an example,combined with the characteristics of the empty lane and the idea of the empty lane,the application of the roof anchor ca-ble and cement dunnel to strengthen the support of the original tunnels empty lane,the use of filler materials to fill the empty side of the Hengchuan back to the mining side and mining side of the measures.Hengchuan back to the mining side and the mining side of the over-voiding measures,appli-cation results show that:Through the comprehensive application of these over-voiding measures,comprehensive mining face back to the mining op-eration,the cement pier columns support stability,the roadway roof sinking amount is controlled within 150 mm,the filling body to improve the sta-bility of the empty lane,the coal mining face did not have a serious accident of the roof and the slice of the gangs,the gas has not exceeded the limit,the 10-208 face to realize the safe and fast over-voiding,this study is the first time that we have seen the results of this study.This study can provide a reference for the safe and fast crossing of the open aisle in the comprehensive mining face under similar working conditions.
