球状克拉维酸钾制备及形成机理分析

摘  要:考察单一溶剂与混合溶剂对克拉维酸钾晶体形态的影响,制备出形貌新颖的球状克拉维酸钾,对比研究了球状与棒状克拉维酸钾的粉体流动性,对球状克拉维酸钾形成机理进行初步讨论。研究结果表明:单一溶剂条件下,克拉维酸钾在乙醇溶剂中呈现球状;克拉维酸叔丁胺盐在乙酸乙酯与异丙醇中溶解度过小,胺盐无法溶清,无法进行结晶试验。混合溶剂条件下,克拉维酸钾可能呈现球状,也可能呈现棒状。球状克拉维酸钾休止角为23.3°,棒状克拉维酸钾休止角为46.8°,球状粉体流动性明显优于棒状。在较高过饱和度作用下,克拉维酸钾成核速率快,析出的针状晶体为克服较高的表面能而聚结为球体。Examining the effects of single and mixed solvents on the crystal morphology of potassium clavulanate,a novel spherical potassium clavulanate was prepared.The powder flowability of spherical and rod-shaped potassium clavulanate was compared and studied,and the formation mechanism of spherical potassium clavulanate was preliminarily discussed.The research results indicate that under single solvent conditions,potassium clavulanate appears spherical in ethanol solvent;The solubility of tert butylamine clavulanate in ethyl acetate and isopropanol is too low,and the amine salt cannot be dissolved,making it impossible to conduct crystallization experiments.Under mixed solvent conditions,potassium clavulanate may appear spherical or rod-shaped.The rest angle of spherical potassium clavulanate is 23.3°,and that of rod-shaped potassium clavulanate is 46.8°.The fluidity of spherical powder is significantly better than that of rod-shaped powder.Under high supersaturation,potassium clavulanate nucleates rapidly,and the precipitated needle like crystals aggregate into spheres to overcome the high surface energy.
