摘 要:利用模板法与水热工艺将Fe与La相结合制备出Fe-La双金属催化剂,在常压250℃下,50 mol%NaOH~50 mol%KOH熔融盐电解质中对NRR合成氨反应进行研究,结果表明Fe-La双金属催化剂表现出优秀的选择性,在浸渍时Fe/La摩尔比为1:2制备的Fe-La双金属催化剂的库伦效率可达81.98%的较高水平。同时通过XRD、XPS及SEM表征分析证实催化剂载体碳微球颗粒大小约为8μm,活性物质主要为La2O3纳米颗粒与少量LaFeO_(3)纳米颗粒。Fe-La bimetallic catalysts were prepared by combining Fe and La using template method and hydrothermal process.The NRR ammonia synthesis reaction was studied in a 50 mol%NaOH~50 mol%KOH molten salt electrolyte at atmospheric pressure of 250℃.The results show that Fe-La bimetallic catalyst has excellent selectivity,and the Coulombic efficiency of the Fe La bimetallic catalyst prepared with a Fe/La mo-lar ratio of 1:2 during impregnation can reach a high level of 81.98%.Simultaneously,XRD,XPS and SEM characterization analysis confirmed that the particle size of the catalyst carrier carbon microspheres is approximately 8μm.The active substances mainly consist of La2O_(3) nanoparticles and a small amount of LaFeO_(3) nanoparticles.
