摘 要:针对燃煤电厂目前SCR脱硝系统存在的烟道导流板设置不合理,造成反应器流场不均的问题,采用CFD数值模拟软件模拟研究了SCR脱硝系统内的烟气流动特性。优化了省煤器出口及喷氨格栅上游导流板,且在喷氨格栅下游新增氨烟扰流器。模拟结果显示,省煤器出口烟道纵截面速度分布相对偏差由36.89%降低至26.06%,喷氨格栅上游截面速度分布相对偏差由16.65%降低至8.65%,首层催化剂入口上游500 mm处的氨氮摩尔比分布相对偏差由8.78%降低至4.78%。优化后烟道内首层催化剂入口的速度场分布和氨氮摩尔比分布均满足SCR脱硝系统流场要求,为后续流场优化工程改造提供了指导依据。In view of the unreasonable arrangement of flue guide plate in SCR denitration system in coal-fired power plant,resulting in uneven flow field in the reactor,CFD numerical simulation software was used to simulate and study the flue gas flow characteristics in SCR denitration system.The outlet of economizer and the guide plate upstream of ammonia injection grid are optimized,and ammonia smoke spoiler is added downstream of ammonia injection grid.The simulation results show that the relative deviation of velocity distribution in the longitudinal section of the economizer exit flue decreases from 36.89%to 26.06%,the relative deviation of velocity distribution in the upstream section of ammonia injection grid decreases from 16.65%to 8.65%,and the relative deviation of ammonia nitrogen molar ratio distribution at 500 mm upstream of the first catalyst inlet decreases from 8.78%to 4.78%.After optimization,the velocity field distribution and ammonia-nitrogen molar ratio distribution at the catalyst inlet of the first layer in the flue meet the flow field requirements of SCR denitrification system,which provides a guiding basis for the subsequent flow field optimization engineering transformation.
