摘 要:为了降低通信机房能耗,助力实现“双碳”目标,本文针对某市通信机房传输机柜进出风口相邻所导致的气流组织混乱和局部温度过高等问题,设计了一种机柜级冷却系统——贴片型背板空调。计算结果表明,该机组全年可利用自然冷源的时间占比为64.47%,其中完全自然冷源时间占29.56%。与原有房间级定频精密空调相比,传输机柜出口平均温度下降3.55℃,节能率可达61.1%。基于中国各地区的气候差异性进行了适用性分析,结果表明,各地区代表城市全年节能率均在60%以上,证明贴片型背板空调于全国皆有广泛的应用场景。In order to reduce the energy consumption of the communication equipment rooms and help achieve the goal of‘double carbon’,a cabinet-level cooling system-patch type backplane air conditioner is designed for the problem of chaotic airflow organization and high local temperatures caused by adjacent air inlet and outlet ports of transmission cabinets in some area communication equipment room.Calculation results show that the unit can use the natural cooling source for 64.47%of the time,of which 29.56%of the time is completely natural cooling source;compared with the original room-levelfixed-frequency precision air conditioning,the average temperature at the outlet of the transmission cabinet decreased by 3.55℃,the energy-saving rate of up to 61.1%.based on the climatic variability of the various regions of China to carry out the applicability of the analysis,the results show that the representative city of each region for the year The results show that the annual energy saving rate of representative cities in each region is over 60%,proving that the patch type backplane air conditioner has a wide range of application scenarios throughout the country.
