苋黄洗剂联合复方敏维糖浆治疗儿童湿疹的疗效及对炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨苋黄洗剂联合复方敏维糖浆对小儿湿疹的治疗效果并分析其对炎性因子的影响。方法选择2023年1月至2023年9月在我院接受治疗的108例湿疹患儿,按照随机数字表法将病例组分为治疗A组(54例)和治疗B组(54例),A组采用复方敏维糖浆治疗,B组采用苋黄洗剂联合复方敏维糖浆治疗,对两组患儿的临床疗效、EASI评分及治疗前后细胞因子白介素-2(IL-2)、白介素-4(IL-4)、白介素-10(IL-10)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平进行比较。结果治疗一疗程后两组EASI评分均较治疗前下降,其中B组EASI评分低于A组(P<0.05),B组治疗总有效率高于A组,复发率低于A组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组IL-4、IL-10水平均较治疗前降低,IL-2与IFN-γ水平均较治疗前升高,且B组降低或升高的程度大于A组。结论苋黄洗剂联合复方敏维糖浆对小儿湿疹的治疗效果较单一复方敏维糖浆治疗显著,联合治疗可降低复发率,提高有效率,减轻炎症反应,改善免疫平衡,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the relationship between Th1/Th2 imbalance and eczema in children,and to evaluate the therapeutic effect of maranth yellow lotion combined with compound Minwei syrup.Methods 108 children with eczema who were treated in our hospital from January,2023 to September,2023 were selected for the study.The case group was divided into treatment group A(54 cases)and treatment group B(54 cases)according to the random number table method.Group A was treated with compound Minwei syrup,while group B was treated with maranth yellow lotion combined with compound Minwei syrup.The clinical efficacy,EASI score and cytokine levels of interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-10(IL-10),interferon-γ(IFN-γ)before and after treatment were compared among children in each group.Results After 10 days of treatment,EASI scores of the two groups were both lower than those before treatment,and EASI score of group B was lower than that of group A(P<0.05).The total effective rate of group B was higher than that of group A,while the recurrence rate was lower than that of group A(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of IL-4 and IL-10 in the two groups were both lower than those before treatment,and levels of IL-2 and IFN-γwere higher than those before treatment,and the degree of reduction or increase in the combined-treatment group was greater than that in the single-treatment group.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of maranth yellow lotion combined with compound minwei syrup on pediatric eczema is significantly better than that of compound minwei syrup alone.The combined treatment can reduce the recurrence rate,improve the effective rate,reduce inflammatory reaction,and improve immune balance.Furthermore,it is safe and reliable,which is worthy of clinical application.
