痹愈饮降低血清TNF-α、IL-6等氧化应激指标水平对类风湿足矫形术后的功能影响

摘　　要：目的观察痹愈饮辅助降低血清C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、红细胞沉降率(erythrocyte sedimentation rate,ESR)、肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1(interleukin-1,IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)氧化应激指标水平对类风湿足矫形术后的功能影响。方法选取2017年1月至2022年2月于山东第一医科大学第二附属医院足踝外科接受前足矫形术的36例类风湿足患者为研究对象,按照在抗风湿药物基础上是否联用痹愈饮治疗分为观察组和对照组,各18例。比较两组视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、美国足踝外科协会(American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society,AOFAS)踝-后足功能评分、CRP、ESR、TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6。结果观察组治疗后VAS评分、CRP、ESR、TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6均低于对照组,AOFAS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论类风湿足患者前足矫形术后辅助以痹愈饮方剂,能降低患者炎性氧化应激指标水平,减轻炎症作用,改善症状和术后功能。Objective To observe the effect of Biyu decoction on serum C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-6(IL-6)on the function of rheumatoid foot after orthopedic surgery.Methods A total of 36 patients with rheumatoid foot who underwent forefoot orthopedics in the Department of Foot and Ankle Surgery,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University from January 2017 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to whether they were treated with Biyu decoction on the basis of anti-rheumatic drugs,with 18 cases in each group.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society(AOFAS)score,CRP,ESR,TNF-α,IL-1,IL-6 were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,VAS score,CRP,ESR,TNF-α,IL-1,IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,AOFAS score was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Biyu decoction can reduce the level of inflammatory oxidative stress index,reduce the inflammatory effect,and improve the symptoms and postoperative function in patients with rheumatoid foot after forefoot orthopedic surgery.
