西关传统住区交往行为与空间的关联性研究——以昌华苑为例

摘　　要：邻里关系是影响社区居民身心健康的重要因素,如何维持并促进传统住区的邻里交往已成为健康社区理念下旧城更新的重要问题。本文以广州西关传统住区昌华苑为研究对象,运用行为注记法、实地勘测法以及SPSS相关性分析法,在深度挖掘西关传统住区交往行为特征的基础上,进一步探究交往行为与空间环境之间的关联性。研究结果表明:西关传统住区的交往行为呈现出在日常偶遇中产生、由简单休闲活动引发、以室外家务为契机和以儿童活动为中心四大特征,与街道景观、道路交通、界面形态以及服务设施等空间环境要素都有着显著的相关性。最后基于以上分析,从保护邻里交往角度对西关传统住区的建成环境更新提出建议。Neighborhood relationships are an important factor affecting the physical and mental health of community residents.How to maintain and promote neighborhood communication in traditional residential areas has become an important consideration for the renewal of old cities under the concept of healthy communities.This article takes Changhuayuan,a traditional residential area in Xiguan,Guangzhou,as the research object.Using behavioral annotation,field survey,and SPSS correlation analysis methods,on the basis of deeply exploring the characteristics of communication behavior in Xiguan traditional residential areas,it further explores the correlation between communication behavior and spatial environment.The research results indicate that the communication behavior in traditional residential areas in Xiguan presents four major characteristics:arising from daily encounters,triggered by simple leisure activities,taking outdoor household chores as an opportunity,and centered around children’s activities.It is significantly correlated with spatial environmental factors such as street landscape,road traffic,interface morphology,and service facilities.Finally,based on the above analysis,suggestions are proposed for the renovation of the built environment in the traditional residential area of Xiguan from the perspective of protecting neighborhood communication.
