基于感知体验的开放办公空间界面通透性研究

摘　　要：开放式办公空间界面的通透性长期影响办公人员的心理和生理状态。本文以开放办公空间内界面为研究对象,通过调研建立开放办公空间模型,结合虚拟现实进行实验,通过心理和生理的压力感知评价分析,建立通透界面的构造特征与压力感知的关联。根据调研分析开放式办公空间的内界面构造做法,建立了包含高透明度的U型落地玻璃(U1)、铝合金骨架镶玻璃无百叶(K1)与水平百叶(K3)、落地玻璃无百叶(L1)与水平百叶(L3)和中透明度的U型落地玻璃(U2)、铝合金骨架镶玻璃无百叶(K2)、落地玻璃无百叶(L2)以及实墙(S)共9个场景,调研了30人,获得情绪量表有效样本27份,获得皮电数据有效样本18份。通过SPSS进行数据统计分析,得知焦虑倾向从高到低分别是L1、K1、L3、U1、K3、S、L2、K2、U2,所以U型落地玻璃×中透明度与铝合金镶框玻璃×中透明度更适合开放办公空间,而落地玻璃×高透明度与实墙会给办公人员增加额外心理压力。In open office spaces,cubicles typically adopt transparent interfaces to maintain visual openness.In this study,we used virtual reality experiments through psychological and physiological pressure perception evaluation and statistical analysis of data,to establish the construction characteristics of a transparent interface and pressure perception correlation.Based on the research analysis of the open office space’s internal interface construction practices,we established nine scenes:U-shaped floor-to-ceiling glass(U1),aluminum alloy skeleton glass without louvres(K1),horizontal louvres(K3),floor-to-ceiling glass without louvres(L1),horizontal louvres(L3),medium transparency U-shaped floor-to-ceiling glass(U2),aluminum alloy skeleton glass without louvres(K2),floor-to-ceiling glass without louvres(L2),and solid wall(S).On the scenes,30 partici pants were investigated,27 valid samples of the emotion scale were obtained,and 18 valid samples of electrocution data were obtained.Statistical analysis of the data using SPSS indicated that anxiety tendencies from high to low were L1,K1,L3,U1,K3,S,L2,K2,and U2.U-shaped floor glass with medium transparency and aluminum alloy framed glass with medium transparency are more suitable for open office spaces,while floor glass with high transparency and solid walls will add additional psychological pressure to office workers.
