孕妇建卡产检中白带常规、尿常规、尿沉渣检测的价值分析

摘　　要：目的对建卡产检孕妇进行白带常规、尿常规、尿沉渣检测,分析三种检测方法的价值。方法200例进行产检的建卡孕妇,均进行白带常规、尿常规、尿沉渣检测,分析白带常规检测结果,比较尿常规与尿沉渣检测对尿液样本各指标的阳性检出率,比较白带常规检测与尿常规、尿沉渣检测各指标的阳性检出率。结果200例孕妇白带常规检查结果显示,微生物炎性感染的总阳性率为14%(28/200),而白细胞、红细胞、上皮细胞的总阳性率为8%(16/200)。尿常规检测白细胞、红细胞、上皮细胞与尿蛋白的阳性检出率分别为4.50%、2.00%、1.00%、7.50%,尿沉渣检测白细胞、红细胞、上皮细胞与尿蛋白的阳性检出率分别为2.50%、1.00%、0.50%、8.00%,白带常规检测白细胞、红细胞、上皮细胞的阳性检出率分别为4.50%、2.50%、1.00%。尿常规与尿沉渣检测白细胞、红细胞、上皮细胞与尿蛋白的阳性检出率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。白带常规检测与尿常规、尿沉渣检测白细胞、红细胞、上皮细胞的阳性检出率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论孕妇建卡产检中白带常规、尿常规、尿沉渣检测均具有重要意义,在孕期产检中三种检测方式必不可少,可联合应用,对疾病的早期诊断与早期干预、治疗具有重大意义。Objective To conduct leucorrhea routine,urine routine and urinary sediment tests in registered pregnant women undergoing prenatal examination,and analyze the value of three tests.Methods 200 registered pregnant women who underwent prenatal examinations were selected for leucorrhea routine,urine routine and urinary sediment tests.The results of leukorrhea routine test was analyzed.The positive detection rate of urine routine test and urine sediment test for each index of urine samples was compared,as well as the positive detection rate of leukorrhea routine,urine routine and urinary sediment test for each index.Results The results of leucorrhea routine test of 200 pregnant women with showed that the total positive rate of microbial inflammatory infection was 14%(28/200),while the total positive rate of white blood cells,red blood cells and epithelial cells was 8%(16/200).The positive detection rates of urine routine test for leukocytes,erythrocytes,epithelial cells and urinary proteins were 4.50%,2.00%,1.00%and 7.50%,respectively.The positive detection rates of urinary sediment test for leukocytes,erythrocytes,epithelial cells and urinary proteins were 2.50%,1.00%,0.50%and 8.00%,respectively.The positive detection rates of leucorrhea routine test for leukocytes,erythrocytes and epithelial cells were 4.50%,2.50%,and 1.00%,respectively.There was no significant difference in the positive detection rate of leukocytes,erythrocytes,epithelial cells and urinary proteins between urine routine and urinary sediment tests(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive detection rate of leukocytes,erythrocytes,epithelial cells among leukorrhea routine,urine routine and urinary sediment tests(P>0.05).Conclusion Leucorrhea routine,urine routine and urinary sediment test are all of great significance in registered pregnant women undergoing prenatal examination.The three test methods are indispensable in pregnancy prenatal examination and can be combined,which is of great significance for early diagnosis,early interv
