摘　　要：按照传统伦理,人伦关系不仅规约着家庭成员的角色责任,同时也深刻体现着家庭成员之间“爱”的精神浓厚的“利他”情感和行动,家庭“正义”包含着义务与权利的两个方面,蕴含对等性、正当性、合理性的权衡。当代中国家庭“正义”应该树立正确的理念、实施相应的制度保障、运用舆论的道德功能,努力引导社会消除家庭不正义的土壤。According to traditional ethics,human relations not only stipulate the role responsibility of family members,but also profoundly reflect the spirit of‘love’among family members strong“altruist”enotions and actions.Family's‘justice’contains two aspects of obligation and right,which contains the balance of equivalence,legitimacy and rationality.Contemporary Chinese family‘justice’should establish a correct concept,implement the corresponding system guarantee,use the moral function of public opinion,and strive to guide the society to eliminate the breeding of family injustice,
