摘  要:胡浩川是近代著名茶学家,为近代中国茶业的发展作出了贡献。为解决近代中国茶业存在的问题,胡浩川提出划定茶区、呼吁重视茶业、改善交通等一系列茶业改良建议。此外,胡浩川还积极从事茶业改良实践,包括茶树培植、茶叶加工、制定茶类检验标准、培养茶业专门人才等,其茶业改良思想与实践经验对当今中国茶业发展具有借鉴意义。Hu Haochuan is a famous tea scholar in moderntimes.He has made important contribution to the development of tea industry in modern China.In order to solve the problems existing in the tea industry in modern China,Hu Haochuan put forward a series of suggestions on the improvement of the tea industry,such as demarcating the tea area,calling attention to the tea industry,and improving transportation.In addition,Hu Haochuan also actively engaged in tea industry improvement practice,including tea tree cultivation,tea processing,formulation of tea inspection standards,training of tea industry professionals,etc.His ideas and practical experience in tea industry improvement are still of reference to the development of China’s tea industry today.
