摘　　要："折衰(中)"是中国历代中央王朝通用语言文字的最高标准,它体现的是以中原雅言为基础方言、以王都之音为标准语音、以规范汉字为文字正体,同时充分吸纳古今之语、方国之音、俗字新形、民族域外之言、行业专门之词,最终形成中华民族语言文字海纳百川、多元一体格局。"折衷(中)"不仅是中国通用语言文字的最高标准,也是中国文化和中国人文社会科学的最高标准。"折衰(中)"广泛体现在修身、行政、礼仪、刑法、货币、音乐、文学、宗教、养身、学术诸方面。"折衷(中)"体现的是包容、和谐、共生,倡导的是交往、交流、交融,这在今天铸牢中华民族共同体意识的过程中,依然具有重要的指导意义。"Compromise"is the highest standard of the common language of the central dynasties of China in history.It embodies the common language based on Yayan in Chinese Central Plains,the dialect of the capital as the standard pro-nunciation,the standard Chinese characters as the correct written language.At the same time,it fully absorbs the ancient and modern language,the dialects of the country,the new form of the common characters,the words from outside the ethnic region,and professional words from different industry,and finally forms the Chinese language and a pattern of unity in diver-sity."Compromise"is not only the highest standard of the Chinese lingua franca,but also the highest standard of Chinese cul-ture and humanities and social sciences."Compliance"is widely reflected in self-cultivation,administration,etiquette,crim-inal law,currency,music,literature,religion,health,academic and other aspects."Compliance"reflects inclusiveness,har-mony and symbiosis,and advocates exchange,communication and integration.It remains functioning as a great guiding force in the process of building a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.
