配筋形式对小箱梁“T”形UHPC湿接缝连接强度影响的有限元分析

摘  要:本文以4 m×20 m预制小箱梁桥负弯矩区横向湿接缝为背景,应用UHPC材料替代传统高强微膨胀混凝土作为湿接缝材料,并做了“T”形构造设计.应用ABAQUS进行有限元建模,采用内聚力模型处理UHPC湿接缝与普通混凝土箱梁交界面,结果表明,在墩顶“T”形接缝翼缘的UHPC-NC交界面为危险截面;改变搭接钢筋直径和预埋筋与搭接钢筋的搭接长度对极限荷载影响较大,而对开裂荷载影响较小;改变预埋钢筋与搭接钢筋的搭接长度能有效影响UHPC-NC的连接强度,而改变搭接钢筋直径对UHPC-NC的连接强度影响较小.In this paper,based on the background of transverse wet joint in negative moment zone of 4×20m prefabricated small box girder bridge,UHPC material is used to replace traditional high-strength micro-expansion concrete as the wet joint material after pouring,and the“T”shape structure design is made.Based on the previous UHPC material performance test,the finite element modeling is carried out with ABAQUS,and the interface of UHPC wet joint and ordinary concrete box girder is treated with cohesion model.The influence of changing the diameter of the lap bar and the length of the lap bar on the joint strength of the new UHPC wet joint and precast ordinary concrete is studied.The results show that the UHPC-NC interface(control section 1)of the“T”joint flange at the top of the pier is a dangerous section.The change of the diameter of the lap reinforcement and the length of the lap between the embedded reinforcement and the lap reinforcement has a greater effect on the ultimate load,but a lesser effect on the cracking load.The connection strength of UHPC-NC can be effectively affected by changing the length of the overlap between the embedded steel bar and the overlap steel bar,while the diameter of the overlap steel bar has little effect on the connection strength of UHPC-NC.
