摘 要:Al-Ti中间合金是一种铝加工行业应用广泛的中间合金。本文以海绵钛为原料,采用金属熔配法制备Al-Ti中间合金,借助金相显微镜、扫描电镜等分析手段研究了制备的Al-Ti中间合金中TiAl3相的含量、形貌和显微组织。同时,本文还分析了Al-Ti中间合金的合成机理,结果表明当反应温度为1100~1200℃,以海绵钛为原料可以制备出富含TiAl3相的Al-Ti中间合金,TiAl3相均匀分布,绝大多数以长条状、针状分布于铝基体中。Al-Ti intermediate alloy is a kind of intermediate alloy widely used in aluminum processing industry.In the paper,Al-Ti intermediate alloy was prepared by metal fusion method with titanium sponge as raw material.The content,morphology and microstructure of TiAl3 phase in the prepared Al-Ti intermediate alloy were studied by means of metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope.At the same time,the paper also analyzed the synthesis mechanism of Al-Ti intermediate alloys.The results showed that Al-Ti intermediate alloys rich in TiAl3 phase can be prepared by using sponge titanium as raw material when the reaction temperature is between 1100~1200℃.The TiAl3 phase was evenly distributed,with the majority distributed in the aluminum matrix in the form of long strips and needles.
