摘 要:提锌冶金渣是冶炼工序产生的除尘灰采用回转窑还原焙烧提锌工艺的附属品,作为冶金固废长期堆存给公共资源造成污染,一直没有得到很好的开发利用。本文对该含锌冶金渣的性质和成分进行研究,得知该渣中的金属元素主要为铁和锌,同时进行了光学电镜矿物组分鉴定,最终通过物理选矿的方法制定综合回收利用方案,达到高效回收固废资源的目的。Zinc extraction metallurgical slag is an accessory of the dust removal ash using rotary kiln reduction roasting zinc extraction process in the smelting process.As a long-term accumulation of metallurgical solid waste,it causes pollution to public resources and has not been well developed and utilized.This paper studies the properties and composition of the zinc containing metallurgical slag,and finds that the main metal elements in the slag are iron and zinc.At the same time,the mineral composition of the slag is identified by optical electron microscopy.Finally,a comprehensive recycling plan is developed through physical beneficiation to achieve efficient recovery of solid waste resources.
