摘　　要：深孔加工的特点是工艺复杂、难度大。本文从工艺中的难点切入,结合现有深孔加工的案例,提出在卧式镗床上加工,改进普通麻花钻的结构,优化加工工艺参数,细化操作手段,为高效稳定的深孔加工提供借鉴作用。The characteristics of deep hole machining are complex and difficult processes.From the difficulties in the process,combined with the existing cases of deep hole processing,the paper proposed to process on the horizontal boring machine,improve the structure of the ordinary twist drill,optimize the processing parameters,refine the operation means,and provided a reference for efficient and stable deep hole processing.
