中板滑块式万向轴利废改造研究

摘　　要：轧机滑块式万向轴是中厚板轧机的关键部件,用于传递主电机输出的扭矩到轧机工作辊。滑块式万向轴尺寸较大、备件强度和加工精度要求高,通常采购价格费用极高,且制造周期长。中板现场通过对现有的报废十字万向轴和损坏的滑块式万向轴进行改造,加工形成新的滑块式十字万向轴备件,该项改造成本低,为现场准备了万向轴备件,保证了设备稳定运行的可靠性。The sliding universal joint shaft of the rolling mill is a key component of the medium and thick plate rolling mill,used to transmit the torque output by the main motor to the working rolls of the rolling mill.The slider type universal joint shaft has a large size,high requirements for spare parts strength and machining accuracy,so the procurement cost of the slider type universal joint shaft is extremely high and the manufacturing cycle is long.On site,the existing scrapped cross universal joint shaft and damaged slider type universal joint shaft were renovated to form new spare parts for slider type cross universal joint shaft.This renovation has a low cost and prepares spare parts for the universal joint shaft on site,ensuring the reliability of stable equipment operation.
