摘 要:随着工业智能化装备和技术的应用,以往全人工的钢板厚度测量方式,经智能化升级改造,已经实现了根据生产进度计划要求合理高效地智能化生产运行。本文针对中厚板三点测厚仪的系统功能实现情况进行了分析,对测量过程中存在的样本选取方式不合理等问题进行了改进。结果表明,改进后的三点测厚仪工作能力有了显著提升,具有测量精准、测量速度快等特点。With the application of industrial intelligent equipment and technology,the traditional manual steel plate thickness measurement method has been upgraded and transformed into intelligent production operation that is reasonable and efficient according to the production schedule requirements.The paper analyzes the implementation of the system function of the three-point thickness gauge for medium and thick plates,and solves the problems such as the unreasonable sample selection during the measurement process.The results show that the improved three-point thickness gauge has significantly improved its working ability,with characteristics such as accurate measurement and fast measurement speed.
