摘　　要：本文介绍了X射线荧光光谱仪粉末压片法分析炉前硅锰合金在试验应用过程中样品不均匀性、基体效应、样品变化等因素影响,以及如何控制、减少影响、提高分析结果的准确性的研究。最终达到精密度试验和正确度试验结果均满足化学分析重复限性和再现性要求以及炼钢对硅锰物料的分析检测要求。This paper introduces the influence of sample nonuniformity,matrix effect,sample change and other factors in the test application process of X-ray fluorectomete spectrometer powder tablet pressing method analysis of pre-furnace silicon manganese alloy,and the analysis on how to control,reduce the influence and improve the accuracy of analysis results.Finally the precision test and accuracy test results meet the requirements of repeated limit and reproducibility of chemical analysis as well as the analysis and detection requirements of silicon manganese materials in steelmaking.
