摘 要:地铁上盖建筑具有大底盘多塔、刚度突变、扭转不规则、承载力突变、存在薄弱层等多项设计难点。针对以上结构设计难点,在高烈度地区地铁上盖建筑可采用盖下框架+层间隔震(摩擦摆支座)+盖上剪力墙体系的结构体系。简要介绍此类结构体系的设计步骤和关键控制点。计算结果显示结构各项设计指标均满足规范的相关要求,结构自振周期明显延长,盖上结构的水平地震作用力明显减小,盖下结构的水平地震力变化不大。Subway superstructure has many design difficulties such as large chassis with multi-tower,stiffness mutation,torsional irregularity,bearing capacity mutation,and the presence of weak layers.In view of the above structural design difficulties,the structural system of roof frame+inter-storey isolation(friction pendulum bearing)+roof shear wall system can be adopted in high intensity area.The design steps and key control points of such structural system are briefly introduced.The calculation results show that all the design indexes of the structure meet the relevant requirements of the code,the natural vibration period of the structure is obviously prolonged,the horizontal seismic force of the structure on the cover is obviously reduced,and the horizontal seismic force of the structure under the cover has little change.
