摘  要:为探究爱德华氏菌在自然环境下暴发的水质理化参数,设定不同的培养基[胰蛋白胨大豆肉汤(TSB)培养基、溶菌肉汤(LB)培养基]、pH值(5.5,7.0,8.5)及温度(25℃,28℃,32℃),对爱德华氏菌进行培养。结果表明,TSB培养基比LB培养基更适合爱德华氏菌生长;爱德华氏菌在pH值8.5的生长速度高于pH值7.0和pH值5.5,该菌适合在碱性条件下生长;在25℃时,爱德华氏菌生长速度最快,28℃次之,32℃生长速度最慢。指出,爱德华氏菌适合在低盐度、高无机盐、偏碱性、低温环境中生长。提出,在现实养殖过程中,可以通过提高水体盐度、降低pH值和适当调高水温且不影响水产动物正常生长的措施,以降低水产经济动物感染爱德华氏菌发病率,从而达到绿色健康养殖的目的。In order to investigate the physicochemical parameters of water quality for the outbreak of Edwardsiella spp.in the natural environment,the present study was carried out to cultivate Edwardsiella by setting different media(TSB medium,LB medium),pH(5.5,7.0,8.5)and temperature(25,28,32℃).The results showed that TSB medium was more suitable for the growth of Edwardsiella than LB medium.The growth rate of Edwardsiella at pH=8.5 was higher than that at pH=7.0 and pH=5.5,and the bacterium was suitable for growth under alkaline conditions.The fastest growth rate of Edwardsiella was observed at 25℃,followed by 28℃,and the slowest growth was observed at 32℃.In summary,Edwardsiella is suitable for growth in low salinity,high inorganic salt,alkaline and low temperature environment.In the real aquaculture process,it is possible to reduce the morbidity of aquatic economic species infected with Edwardsiella by increasing the salinity,lowering the pH value and appropriately adjusting the water temperature without affecting the normal growth of aquatic animals in order to achieve the green and healthy aquaculture effect.
