温度对中华鳖幼鳖生长和血液学参数的影响研究

摘  要:开展了温度对中华鳖幼鳖生长和血液学参数影响试验。将中华鳖幼鳖设置2个试验组,分别为A组(28℃)和B组(34℃),于2组温度下养殖1,3和10 d,分别测量其体质量、背甲长和背甲宽、各型白细胞百分比及血浆杀菌能力等指标。结果表明,B组幼鳖养殖第3天时,背甲长指标显著下降,但A组无显著变化。A组和B组嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞和单核细胞的百分比,均不随养殖天数而变化;A组嗜异性粒细胞的百分比、嗜异性粒细胞与淋巴细胞的比值,均与淋巴细胞的百分比的变化呈相反趋势,血浆杀菌能力及B组上述指标,均不随养殖天数而变化;只在第3天,A组嗜酸性粒细胞的百分比显著高于B组,但淋巴细胞的百分比却显著低于B组。指出,高温会抑制幼鳖免疫系统的不同组分发生适应性改变,不利于其存活。Experiments on the effects of increased temperatures on the growth and hematological parameters of juvenile Chinese soft-shell turtle Pelodiscus sinensis were conducted.2 temperature(28℃and 34℃)groups were set up,with different exposure durations of 1,3 and 10 days,respectively.The body mass,carapace length and width,different subtypes of leukocyte,and serum bactericidal capacity were measured for any group.The results showed that the carapace length was significantly declined on day 3 compared with other days within 34℃group,but not wihtin 28℃group.Percentages of eosinophils,basophils and monocytes did not change with different breeding days within 28℃or 34℃group;Both percentage of heterophils and ratio of herterophils to lymphocytes showed reverse tendencies as compared with percentage of lymphocytes,serum bactericidal capacity within 28℃group and all the parameters above mentioned did not change with different breeding days within 34℃group.Only on day 3,percentage of eosinophils was significantly higher at 28℃group than that of 34℃group,but percentage of lymphocytes was significantly lower at 28℃group than that of 34℃group.High temperature will inhibit the adaptive change of different components of the immune system of juvenile turtles,which may be detrimental to their survivals.
