摘 要:为明确新污染物氧化锌纳米颗粒(ZnO NP)和四环素抗生素(TCA)复合胁迫对好氧颗粒物污泥处理低C/N废水的影响,构建了小试规模的颗粒污泥反应器,探究了ZnO NP和TCA复合影响对AGS处理低C/N废水的影响,分析了出水水质、污泥特征及微生物群落特征的变化,揭示了ZnO NP和TCA复合胁迫对AGS的影响机制。结果表明,ZnO NP和TCA复合胁迫对AGS处理低C/N废水具有拮抗作用。ZnO NP和TCA复合暴露组别内,出水COD和溶解性磷酸盐(SOP)浓度分别为42.8~53.4 mg/L和1.95~2.36 mg/L,对应去除效率分别下降至75.1%~78.5%和70.3%~75.6%,远低于ZnO NP和TCA单一暴露组别。ZnO NP和TCA复合胁迫降低了AGS污泥浓度总固体(TS)至5.5~5.8 g/L,挥发性固体/TS至0.61~0.64,但刺激胞外聚合物(EPS)含量至91.6~93.4 mg/g。此外,ZnO NP和TCA复合胁迫提高了EPS内蛋白质(PN)和多糖(PS)含量,并提高PN/PS。酶活性分析表明ZnO NP和TCA复合胁迫降低了与污染物和营养盐去除相关的关键酶活性。微生物群落结构分析ZnO NP和TCA复合胁迫降低了属水平上与反硝化相关的Tsukamurella、unclassified f_Comamonadaceae、Micropruina和Microbacterium的相对丰度。ZnO NP和TCA复合胁迫产生的生态毒性对AGS具有严重影响。研究结果为理解新污染物ZnO NP和TCA复合胁迫的环境风险具有一定的理论意义。In order to clarify the impact of the combined stress of new pollutants,e.g.,zinc oxide nanoparticles(ZnO NP)and tetracycline antibiotics(TCA)on the treatment of low C/N wastewater by aerobic granular sludge(AGS),a pilot scale granular sludge reactor was constructed.Through the combined effects of different concentrations of ZnO NP and TCA,the changes in effluent quality,sludge characteristics,and microbial community characteristics were analyzed,revealing the mechanism of the combined stress of ZnO NP and TCA on AGS.The results showed that the combined stress of ZnO NP and TCA had an antagonistic effect on AGS treatment of low C/N wastewater.In the combined exposure group of ZnO NP and TCA,the effluent COD and soluble phosphate(SOP)concentrations were 42.8~53.4 mg/L and 1.95~2.36 mg/L,respectively,with corresponding removal efficiencies of 75.1%~78.5%and 70.3%~75.6%.These values were significantly lower than those in the single exposure group of ZnO NP and TCA.The combined stress of ZnO NP and TCA reduced the total solids(TS)concentration of AGS sludge to 5.5~5.8 g/L,and volatile solids/TS to 0.61 to 0.64,but stimulated the extracellular polymer(EPS)content to 91.6~93.4 mg/g.In addition,the combined stress of ZnO NP and TCA increased the content of protein(PN)and polysaccharide(PS)in EPS and increased PN/PS.Enzyme activity analysis showed that the combined stress of ZnO NP and TCA reduced key enzyme activities related to pollutant and nutrient removal.Microbial community structure analysis showed that ZnO NP and TCA combined stress reduced the relative abundance of Commonadaceae,Micropruina,and Microbacterium.The ecotoxicity caused by the combined stress of ZnO NP and TCA has a serious impact on AGS.The research results have certain theoretical significance for understanding the environmental risks of the combined stress of new pollutants ZnO NP and TCA.
