摘 要:为了满足农村生活污水的处理要求,基于生物膜法原理构建了生物转笼处理工艺,通过中试(日处理1.5 t)试验系统研究了转速、浸润率、进水流量对处理效果的影响,并在此基础上对工艺条件进行了优化。结果表明:当转速为4 r/min时,处理系统COD、NH3-N的去除率达到最高,分别为和90%和80.02%,对TP的去除率达到69.41%;当浸润率50%时,COD、NH3-N和TP去除率最高,分别为96.15%、64.76%和69.41%;当进水流量为10 mL/s时,COD、NH_(3)-N和TP去除率最高,分别为92.17%、89%和73.13%;通过正交优化试验得到最佳工艺条件组合,即转速为5 r/min,浸润率为70%,进水流量为12.5 mL/s,在此工艺下,对COD、NH3-N和TP的去除率分别达到了92.36%、91.03%和79.49%。本研究结果可为农村生活污水处理技术的开发及应用研究提供参考。In order to meet the treatment requirements of rural domestic sewage,a biological rotating cage treatment process was constructed based on the principle of biofilm method.The effects of rotating speed,infiltration rate and inflow flow on the treatment effect were studied through a pilot test(1.5 t/d treatment)system,and the process conditions were optimized on thisbasis.The results show that when the rotating speed is 4 r/min,the removal rate of COD and NH_(3)-N in the treatment system reaches the highest,respectively 90%and 80.02%,and the removal rate of TP reaches 69.41%;When the infiltration rate is 50%,the removal rates of COD,NH_(3)-N and TP are 96.15%,64.76%and 69.41%respectively;When the influent flow is 10 mL/s,the removal rates of COD,NH_(3)-N and TP are the highest,92.17%,89%and 73.13%respectively;Through orthogonal optimization test,the best combination of process conditions was obtained,namely,the rotating speed was 5 r/min,the infiltration rate was 70%,and the influent flow rate was 12.5 mL/s.Under this process,the removal rates of COD,NH_(3)-N and TP reached 92.36%,91.03%and 79.49%respectively.The results of this study can provide reference for the development and application of rural domestic sewage treatment technology.
