摘  要:城市污水短程硝化-厌氧氨氧化(PN/A)工艺中亚硝酸盐氧化菌(NOB)容易积累,导致厌氧氨氧化菌(AnAOB)丰度下降和系统脱氮性能变差,是该工艺大规模应用的主要瓶颈。实验研究了提高氨氧化细菌(AOB)活性强化主流PN/A系统脱氮性能和AnAOB富集的可行性。实验结果显示,当溶解氧(DO)浓度从0.2 mg/L增加到0.4 mg/L时,系统中AOB活性增加,系统的脱氮效果和Anammox脱氮所占的比重也有所增加。在同等DO浓度条件下,提高AOB活性,可强化AnAOB在与NOB竞争亚硝酸盐氮过程中的优势。这表明,即使在较高NOB条件下也可以通过提高DO等方法强化AOB活性,进而强化AnAOB竞争亚硝酸盐氮的优势,促进AnAOB富集。该方法操作简单,为主流PN/A工艺推广应用提供了新思路。Nitrite oxidizing bacteria(NOB)frequently accumulates in the partial nitrification/anammox(PN/A)process treating sewage,causing the decrease of anaerobic ammonia-oxidizing bacteria(AnAOB)abundance and the deterioration of nitrogen removal.This is the main bottleneck of the full-scale application of the process.In the study,the feasibility of enhancing the nitrogen removal performance and AnAOB enrichment in the mainstream PN/A process by increasing the activity of ammonium oxidizing bacteria(AOB)was investigated.The results showed that the AOB activity increased with DO concentration increased from 0.2 to 0.4 mg/L,the nitrogen removal performance and the proportion of nitrogen removed through anammox in the PN/A system also increased.Under the same DO concentration,the advantage of AnAOB to compete with NOB for nitrite was further improved with the increased AOB activity.When NOB was accumulated,AOB activity could be enhanced by increasing DO concentration and other methods,thereby enhancing the advantage of AnAOB to compete for nitrite and promoting the enrichment of AnAOB.Overall,the operation strategy is simple and provides a new idea for the popularization and application of the mainstream PN/A process.
