基于逐级映射的铁路工程自动验工计价方法研究

摘　　要：针对铁路工程验工计价业务模式存在的依赖业务人员能力、效率低下、数据难共享、机制不透明等问题,提出一种基于逐级映射的铁路工程自动验工计价方法,即通过WBS、EBS、Qlist数据进行层级编码并添加节点层级,形成验工计价数据模板;同时建立各数据模板间的基础映射关系,支持用检验批结果驱动基础映射关系自动归集验工计价数量;经过线上业务协同流程,可以实现一键式验工计价。在实际铁路建设项目中应用后,方法的可行性、可靠性、简易性得到验证,提升业务效率,计价过程支持追溯,提升了计价工作透光度。Aiming at the problems existing in railway engineering inspection and pricing business model,such as relying on the ability of business personnel,low efficiency,difficult data sharing,opaque mechanism,etc.,this paper puts forward an automatic inspection and pricing method of railway engineering based on step-by-step mapping.That is,hierarchical coding is carried out through WBS,EBS and Qlist data and node levels are added to form a data template for inspection and pricing;At the same time,the basic mapping relationship between data templates is established,and the basic mapping relationship driven by inspection batch results is supported to automatically collect the inspection and pricing quantity;Through the online business collaboration process,one-click inspection and pricing can be realized.After being applied in actual railway construction projects,the feasibility,reliability and simplicity of the method have been verified,and the business efficiency can be improved by more than 6 times.The pricing process supports traceability and improves the transparency of pricing work.
