摘 要:随着电力需求日益增长,电力设备不断增加。为确保这些设备稳定运行,越来越多的巡检点位由巡检机器人完成巡检。在巡检过程中,冷却设备的冷凝水现象以及设备漏水问题时有发生。这些问题不仅会破坏现场环境,还可能给电力设备带来安全隐患,进而影响整个电力系统的稳定运行。因此,准确、高效地检测和处理这些滴水漏水现象,对于保障电力设备稳定运行具有重要意义。基于此,深入分析电力设备的滴水漏水现象,并提出基于机器视觉的核电厂巡检机器人冷却设备水迹检测方法。With the increasing demand for electricity,power equipment is constantly increasing.To ensure the stable operation of these devices,more and more inspection points are being inspected by inspection robots.During the inspection process,condensation water and equipment leakage problems often occur in the cooling equipment.These issues not only damage the on-site environment,but may also pose safety hazards to power equipment,thereby affecting the stable operation of the entire power system.Therefore,accurately and efficiently detecting and handling these dripping and leaking phenomena is of great significance for ensuring the stable operation of power equipment.Based on this,an in-depth analysis of the phenomenon of water dripping and leakage in power equipment is conducted,and a machine vision based method for detecting water stains in the cooling equipment of nuclear power plant inspection robots is proposed.
