摘  要:随着移动互联网的兴起,当代大学生逐步习惯通过移动APP获取和利用碎片知识。碎片化学习给高校思想政治教育和思想政治理论课教学带来新的机遇和挑战。“学习强国”APP具有碎片化学习资源丰富、学习活动形式多样、学习过程管理完善等优势。顺应时代发展趋势和学生成长规律,积极探索碎片化学习背景下“学习强国”APP在“形势与政策”教学中的运用,提升思想政治理论课教学的吸引力,增强学生的获得感。With the rise of mobile Internet,contemporary college students are gradually accustomed to acquiring and using fragmented knowledge through mobile APP.Fragmented learning brings new opportunities and challenges to ideological and political education and the teaching of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.The“Learning Power”APP has advantages such as abundant fragmented learning resources,diverse forms of learning activities,and complete learning process management.In line with the trend of the times and the laws of student growth,we should actively explore the application of the“Learning Power”APP in the teaching of“Situation and Policies”under the background of fragmented learning to enhance the attractiveness of ideological and political theory teaching and enhance students sense of gain.
