摘 要:为替补往复式采茶机的技术短板,唯有扬长避短彻底更新基础技术,启用性能优异的圆盘切割和新能源等成熟技术。将圆盘切割刀盘架水平设置,再将若干个刀盘架并联组合在同一个齿底板中构成一个整体,这样既能延长采幅又能设计成对称的机械结构,以满足不同茶区和茶类的采茶机型设计需要。经组合而成的电动采茶机不仅可以化解技术短板,而且有助于提升操作技能和提高机采鲜叶质量。如果说往复切割是采茶机械化的起点,那么圆盘水平切割或将是电气化和自动化的拐点。In order to replace the reciprocating tea-picking machine,the only way is to update the basic technology thoroughly and use the mature technology of disc cutting and new energy.Set the disc cutter head horizontally,and then combine several cutter head heads in parallel in the same tooth bottom plate to form a whole,so that the picking amplitude can be extended and the mechanical structure can be designed to be symmetrical,has met the needs of different tea areas and tea picking machine design.The combined electric tea-picking machine can not only solve the technical shortcomings,but also help to improve the operation skills and the quality of fresh leaves.It is considered that if reciprocating cutting is the starting point of mechanized tea picking,then the disc level cutting will be the inflection point of electrification and automation.
